Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification required; COHN/COHN-S preferred depending on site.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow of the health center.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocates time to patient care and technical tasks as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and root cause analyses.
• Maintains infection prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records and ensures accuracy.
