Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS/BCLS certification (AHA/ARC or equivalent) required; ACLS may be required.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocate time to patient care and clinical duties as needed.
• Monitor patient flow and utilization.
• Identify process improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Serve as infection control lead and support quality initiatives.
• Communicate policies and engage with client representatives.
• Complete incident reports and assist investigations.
• Maintain accurate patient health records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
