Premise Health in Springfield, Missouri, is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager RN to oversee the health center serving Bass Pro Shops employees and their dependents.

You will manage daily operations, staff, patient flow, infection control, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality care and collaborating with client representatives. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS/ACLS or equivalent training; ACLS may be required per contract.
• COHN/COHN-S, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in medical field; 2-3 years in management.
• Experience with CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily health center operations, staff, and workflow.
• Leads hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocates time to patient care while providing technical leadership.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization, and penetration.
• Identifies process improvements and conducts root-cause analyses.
