Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse, Health Center Manager in Liberty, North Carolina. You will lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within the Health Center.

The role requires an RN license, a BS/BA or equivalent experience, and BLS/ACLS; management experience is preferred. Expect responsibilities across staffing, workflow, infection control, and regulatory compliance, with competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S) preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC infection prevention standards.

Aufgaben

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance.
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (RNs, LPNs, admin, and technical).
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed.
• Monitors patient flow, utilization and penetration.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and root cause analysis.
• Serves as infection control lead and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives.
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions.
• Maintains patient health records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
