Job summary

Kettering Health Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift in a 12-hour schedule. You will deliver patient-centered care, work with the care team, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a Hamilton, Ohio setting.

Requirements include an earned ADN or BSN, Ohio RN license, and BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). One year of acute care exposure is preferred, with opportunities to advance within KH facilities.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Hamilton) delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Required Work Experience

• None required
• clinical experience during nursing program accepted.

Required Licenses, Certifications, And Registrations

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
