Kettering Health Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift to deliver patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to ensure safety and quality across diverse clinical settings.

Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN), hold a current Ohio RN license, and have BLS certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Hamilton) delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). One year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area.
