Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our network of specialists. Under provider direction, the RN delivers skilled nursing care across clinical settings, coordinating with physicians and other team members to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CT RN license and CPR certification, bring 3+ years of medical practice experience, and be proficient with medical software.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Assesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients and their families; develops and evaluates plan of care.
• Demonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identification.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assists patients and family members with concerns, maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
