Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care across clinical settings under provider direction. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.

Responsibilities include triaging calls, collaborating with providers, and ensuring continuity of care. CT RN license and CPR certification are required, with 3 years of practice preferred; experience with medical software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current state of Connecticut RN license and current CPR certification.
• Three years of experience in a medical practice preferred.
• Experience with medical software

Responsibilities

• Provides office-based nursing care in collaboration with provider.
• Triages telephone calls and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Assists patients and family members with concern and empathy; respects confidentiality and privacy.
