PAM Health in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the medical-surgical unit under the direction of nursing leadership.

The position requires current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive PAMily environment across 70+ locations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment (and for Charge Nurses).
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise care to patients admitted to the unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse duties (ACLS certification required).
