Complete Care at Hyattsville is seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to join our team at 4922 Lasalle Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20782. Full & Part Time positions available with growth opportunities and daily pay options.

The role involves administering medications, wound care, health assessments, and developing individualized care plans in a collaborative setting with physicians, therapists, social workers and families. Maryland RN license required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in Maryland.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
• Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications including oral, topical, IV, and injectable meds.
• Perform wound care, prevention, pain management, and dressings.
• Conduct health assessments, monitor changes, and analyze data.
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status, care, progress and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.
