Job summary
Complete Care, Inc. is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care in Maryland. The role includes administering medications, wound care, assessments and care planning for residents—working closely with physicians, therapists and the care team.
The position offers full-time and part-time shifts, opportunities for growth, and benefits. A PRN option is available with experience; daily pay is also offered as a perk.
Qualifications
- Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as an RN Registered Nurse.
- 1 year experience as an RN in Long Term Care required.
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
- Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
- Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
- Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
- Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
- Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
- Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
- Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
