Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking an experienced RN manager to lead the Business Development and Admissions Care Access Center in Morristown, NJ. This full-time role focuses on referrals, operations, and strategic partnerships to grow home care and hospice services.

The successful candidate will oversee teams, ensure compliant intake processes, and collaborate with hospital and community partners to deliver seamless transitions of care for hospice patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current NJ RN License required.
• Minimum 1.5 years nursing experience or related area.
• Management experience in homecare/hospice preferred.
• Experience in business development and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive employee engagement and adherence to policies.
• Directs Referral Services to ensure timely, accurate intake.
• Oversees staff to meet performance goals and budget targets.
• Aligns referral processes with Atlantic Health procedures.
• Analyzes referral data for executive leadership.
• Develops partnerships to grow home care and hospice referrals.
• Collaborates with system hospitals and post-acute providers for seamless transitions.
