Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in the United States seeks an International Registered Nurse (RN) to join a structured orientation program before direct patient care begins, with licensure requirements completed during training.

During orientation you will shadow staff, complete e-learning, and learn care delegation and plan evaluation to reduce re-hospitalizations while upholding quality standards. English proficiency and BLS/CPR are required as part of licensure and ongoing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be licensed by a U.S. State Board of Nursing or have endorsed license in process.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured orientation and training program with no direct patient care until licensing requirements are met.
• Engage in job shadowing and complete online training and compliance modules.
• Assist in observing and supporting care planning and staff supervision while learning policies.
