Job summary

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, UT is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, turning and repositioning residents, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring intake, and communicating changes to nursing staff. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k match, PTO, life insurance, and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, family and staff.
• Ability to make decisions independently when warranted.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Understanding of long-term care regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents in daily living activities.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure appropriate diets.
• Record food and liquid intake and output; report changes to nursing staff.
