Job summary

4-Corners Regional Healthcare Center in Blanding, UT is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day shifts. As an essential member of a compassionate care team, you will provide hands-on nursing care under an RN or provider, administer medications, and document resident status.

We offer competitive pay, a consistent schedule (12-hour shifts, 6 AM–6 PM, 3 days per week), scheduling flexibility, and tuition reimbursement up to $500/month.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in good standing (Utah or compact state).
• BLS certification (AHA required).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care under RN or provider supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document care, observations, and resident status accurately.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and education for residents/families.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during shift.
• Support and mentor CNAs and team members on the unit.
