Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care services per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions; document per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR related to patient assessments and changes in condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders; implement patient care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure nursing practices are reflected in the Patient Care Management System.
