Job summary

Mercy Hospital - Edmond I-35 is seeking a flexible, incentivized Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (GIG - ED). The position is PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float with day or night options and 1–2 shifts per week, offering a unique opportunity to control your schedule.

The role requires a registered nurse with a current state license (or compact licensure), at least two years of ED bedside experience, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certs. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license required; compact licensure acceptable.
• Minimum two years RN ED bedside experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Overview

Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse position? Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift- whatever works best for you! No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program requires being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, being flexible and subject to last minute shift cancellation. The Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation.

Qualifications

• Required Education:Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Preferred Education: BSN
• Licensure: Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience:A minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN ED experience.
• Certifications:BLS, ACLS, & PALS
• Preferred Experience: Epic experience
