Job summary

Mercy Hospital - Edmond I-35 seeks a flexible Registered Nurse for ED coverage under the Gig Nursing Program. You may pick up day or night shifts with no weekend, holiday, or fixed shift requirements, and scheduling is aligned with program rules.

The role offers 1-2 shifts per week, 4/8/12 hour options, and a W-2 employment arrangement. You’ll join a compassionate, collaborative team delivering urgent care with reliability and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Minimum two years of bedside RN ED experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Epic experience preferred.

Overview

Are you seeking a flexible incentivized Registered Nurse position? Ability to pick up day shift OR night shift- whatever works best for you! No weekend, holiday, or shift requirement. Participation in the Gig Nursing Program requires being responsible for scheduling a minimum number of hours, being available on short notice, being flexible and subject to last minute shift cancellation. The Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation.

Qualifications

• Required Education:Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Preferred Education: BSN
• Licensure: Is responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Experience:A minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN ED experience.
• Certifications:BLS, ACLS, & PALS
• Preferred Experience: Epic experience
