Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland in Ashland, NE seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing staff, plan individualized resident care, and ensure medical and personal needs are met in a supportive environment.

RNs will lead a team of caregivers, collaborate with physicians, and maintain high clinical standards while delivering compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and progress.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Coordinate with physicians and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
