Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility for all shifts (Days 6a-6p and Nights 6p-6a). You will oversee nursing staff, administer medications, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain accurate records securely.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
