Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Ashland is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate care team on all shifts. This role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with documenting resident information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other team members.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Ensure care complies with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when needed.
• Assist with training and supervision of CNAs.
