Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Phillips House 21 unit. This full-time onsite role offers 36 hours weekly with day/night rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

2 years of inpatient nursing experience is preferred. You will administer medications, record vital signs, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, individualized patient care and ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: ADN or BSN preferred.
• 2 years inpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to assess and interpret plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
