Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA is seeking a Staff Nurse for Bigelow 14. This 36-hour per week position includes weekends and holidays, with a rotating shift. You will provide direct, patient- and family-centered nursing care and work with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience; at least two years of recent acute care experience preferred.
• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
