Job summary

Mass General Brigham, through Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure safe, effective care.

Schedule is 7:00pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays; the position reports to the Nurse Manager/Director and operates within established policies and procedures of the Mass General Brigham system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• RN Massachusetts license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and direct all nursing care for patients in collaboration with other professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
