Qualifications

• RN license required, in-state licensure or eligibility as applicable.
• Education: RN Diploma/ASN/ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Successful completion of mandatory competencies and unit-specific requirements.
• BLS certification is required; specialty certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Ensure quality communication, teamwork and professional leadership.
• Coordinate patient teaching and safety initiatives; support health team members.
• Maintain documentation and time management; participate in unit and hospital quality efforts.
