Bronson Healthcare's General Medical Unit is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a 29-bed GMU, caring for oncology, pulmonary, and renal patients while gaining exposure to dialysis and chemotherapy infusions. The GMU emphasizes teamwork and continuous learning; the RN will provide patient care, coordinate with the care team, and participate in discharge planning to ensure quality outcomes.

Eligible candidates hold an Associate's degree in Nursing, Michigan RN license, BLS, and will

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, must obtain within 8 years of hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Michigan.
• BLS certification required by completion of core orientation. Critical care or ALS as well as other certifications may be required for some RNs, unit specific.

Responsabilidades

• The RN manages care delivery for patients to achieve quality outcomes and timely discharge.
• Provide nursing care and document patient response to care.
