Job summary

STAT Home Health in Lafayette, LA is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time roles. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will supervise patient care, coordinate care plans, and ensure timely documentation including Oasis and 485 forms.

Qualifications

• Louisiana RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year RN or 1 year LPN clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassionate and good time management.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care.
• Complete documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and conduct investigations as needed.
