Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN license required.

• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate and great time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care.
• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution and investigations.
