• De-escalation training (CPI) within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply patient-centered care principles to all nursing activities.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence in all interactions.
