The role requires RN licensure, an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), and strong communication skills with English proficiency. A hospital environment and performance improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

• Effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient factors and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; revise as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes.
• Monitor and ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families.
• Supervise and delegate care within the team to ensure quality.
