Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts at our Meridian-based inpatient facility. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload of patients, coordinating master treatment and discharge plans under supervision and ensuring timely documentation.

The role requires ongoing communication with care teams, adherence to protocols, and a commitment to high-quality patient care within a licensed setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Idaho.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Ability to coordinate treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to multidisciplinary team as necessary.
• Administer medications to patients and engage in education process.
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain personal safety for patients and staff.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans to patients and families.
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team in development of treatment plans and discharge planning.
