Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time daytime hours at Northpoint Idaho in Meridian, ID. The RN will oversee medical services for a caseload, coordinate master treatment and discharge plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under supervision to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/First Aid/AED, and proficiency with electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Knowledge of computer and electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred).
• Ability to work with a diverse population and maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain licensure throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Interact routinely with patients and document observations.
• Administer medications and educate patients.
• Utilize de-escalation to ensure safety.
• Provide admission, orientation, education and discharge plans.
• Coordinate treatment plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
• Perform patient vital signs and document in records.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
