Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Richmond, VA is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team in a 196-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Virginia (VA).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.
