Southampton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. This full-time position offers daily pay, competitive hourly wages, and a supportive environment focused on dignity and high-quality resident care.

You will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Requires active LPN license in Virginia and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Virginia (VA).
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication.
• Attention to detail in documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards and plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervisor/physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
