Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas (or compact state)

• Must have and maintain BLS
• Must have current certifications per ARC/AHA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgeries.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and guidance to the healthcare team.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies.
• Supervise nursing staff; coordinate with hospital departments for patient care.
• Maintain service excellence and comply with scheduling, including weekends/evenings/on-call as needed.
