Community Options, Inc. in Moorstown, NJ is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse to deliver care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting. The RN will apply the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.

Starting salary is $85,000. The role requires an RN license, valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to community-based support. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Valid RN license required.
Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to community-based support for persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician.
Attend medical appointments per Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Report concerns related to nursing services to supervisor.
Create medical/health reports including goals and physician recommendations.
Conduct trainings on medication administration and delegation.
Train staff on medical needs of individuals.
Monitor health conditions and refer for medical services as needed.
Monitor medication use via administration logs.
