Hanford Post Acute in Hanford, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role to support the Director of Nursing and ensure the highest standard of resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise staff, oversee care plans, and ensure accurate nursing documentation and medication administration.
The role requires a California RN license, CPR certification, and a minimum of two years RN experience in long-term care, with a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory
This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines governing skilled nursing facilities, and works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure the highest level of quality resident care.
