PACS seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities in a post-acute facility. You will supervise LVNs/LPNs, CNAs, and care teams, coordinate care, administer IVs, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance during your shift.
Under new management with a new DON, the role includes hands-on supervision, staff development, and collaboration with physicians and ancillary services to deliver patient-centered care across the facility.

The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) when applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist with the overall supervision of and management of the nursing staff.
Education and/or Experience Minimum requirements to perform this position include graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Knowledge and experience with EHR software preferred (PCC)
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Current Registered Nursing License (RN), current CPR certification. Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred. Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing. Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing at all times.
