Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to join our residential program serving individuals in a 24-hour supported home.

The RN/LPN will provide medication administration, daily living support, and participate in behavior support plans while maintaining the rights and dignity of individuals we care for. This rewarding role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• MA state or RN license required.
• Qualifying background check and valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs from ISPs.
• Occasionally perform de-escalation and crisis management to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The RN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de‑escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
