Job summary

Kern River Transitional Care Center in Bakersfield, CA is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The role includes ADL assistance, observing resident changes, documentation, and infection control; requires valid California CNA certification and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Shifts are 12-hour, with full-time and part-time options and competitive wages with differential.

Position Overview

As a CNA, you will provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and toileting. You will promote independence and dignity while maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
