Job summary

Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants on assigned shifts.

The RN must maintain standards, document care, administer medications as ordered, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care. Full-time, all shifts available; competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have current unencumbered state RN license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and plan shift services.
• Complete and file admission, transfer, and discharge records; transcribe physician orders.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure privacy in nursing care.
• Perform rounds with physicians as necessary and ensure safety regulations are followed.
