Job summary

FutureCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care in our Maryland facility. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring record accuracy and adherence to state and federal guidelines.

You will review referrals, implement physician orders, monitor resident responses, and pursue ongoing professional growth to maintain competency within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR license is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines.
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
• Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility
