MaineGeneral Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care role in Farmingdale, Maine. This staff position requires 24 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, in a team-focused environment designed for growth and meaningful patient connections.

As an RN, you will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support residents and their families within our long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active State of Maine RN license (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and team-oriented mindset.
• Open to all experience levels - new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care to residents.
• Educate, provide emotional support to patients, families and caregivers.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Delegate care to ancillary staff; may precept students and new hires; may perform supervisory duties.
