Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, ND is hiring registered nurses. You will set clinical direction on your shift, lead LPNs and CNAs, and make calls that keep residents safe in both long-term and short-term settings.

The role features a $4,000 sign-on bonus (prorated for part-time) and pay steps up with experience. Evening and night differentials apply, along with bonuses for extra shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota RN license or multi-state compact license.
• CPR/BLS certification required or active.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome.
