Job summary

Harbor House of Wheeling IV LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their memory care team. The RN is responsible for a group of residents per shift, performing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care plan in collaboration with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities include administering medications, taking vital signs, coordinating with CNAs, documenting in charts, and maintaining a clean, safe resident environment.

Qualifications

• Requires current IL RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience in memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Directs day-to-day CNA services to ensure care is rendered appropriately.
• Takes and records vital signs, administers medications, and documents care.
• Maintains clean, safe nursing environment and charts nurse notes accurately.
