Job summary
Trigg County Hospital Inc in Cadiz, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and state boards. The role involves assessment, nursing diagnoses, planning and delivering nursing care with opportunities for professional growth.
The position requires an active KY RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS; ACLS and PALS must be completed within six months of hire.
Qualifications
- Current active RN license in Kentucky, or current working permit issued by KY Board of Nursing.
- Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
- Experience in Emergency Department/Critical Care preferred.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- ACLS AND PALS certification required within six months of hire (Training provided by TCH).
Responsibilities
- Assessment, nursing diagnosis (problem identification) and planning the nursing care for those patients assigned to his/her care.
- Ensure nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital departmental policies and established standards.
