Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah, a direct hire, full-time LTAC partner. You’ll provide specialized nursing care to high-acuity patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for recovery.

Ideal candidates hold an active Kentucky RN license, have LTAC/ICU experience preferred, and can obtain ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
