Job summary

Russell Nesbitt Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide onsite skilled nursing services and health oversight for individuals in the West Virginia Medicaid Waiver program (I/DD).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in West Virginia or a compact state.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred; home health or IDD experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop care plans with the IDT.
• Provide medical oversight and document physician orders accurately.
• Train unlicensed staff on health interventions and protocols.
• Maintain health records, MARs, and compliance with WV waivers.
• Participate in on-call nursing support as needed.
