Job summary

• Ability to coordinate and manage nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status and implement care plans for clients.
• Supervise care plans and staff involvement as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary health services and programs.
• Monitor medications per physician orders and policy.
• Document health status and nursing notes regularly.
