Qualifications

• Current West Virginia license or temporary permit to practice as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and residents, delivering the highest standards of practice.
• Conduct intake assessments, administer medications, and perform health screenings.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate health records and document changes in condition and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate and implement effective patient care.
• Educate and train other staff as needed and participate in orientation.
• Enter patient information into electronic systems and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Advocate for patients and communicate care plans to families.
